I’m a systems thinker and change practitioner with over twenty years of experience helping organisations navigate complex transformation. My work focuses on the human layer of change — sensing the dynamics beneath formal structures and translating systems principles into clear, practical language so change can land in real‑world environments.

I’ve supported transformation as both an external consultant and an internal leader, working across financial services, insurance, technology, logistics, and healthcare in diverse cultural contexts throughout Asia, Europe, Australia, North America, and South America.

In recent years, my focus has expanded to AI‑era transition: how organisations maintain coherence as speed increases, and how individuals stay grounded as roles and identities shift. Nervous System Thinking grew out of this work — a way of mapping the signals, patterns, and pressures that shape human behaviour inside complex systems.

My contribution is sense‑making rather than theory creation: stewarding deep systems ideas into language, frameworks, and practices that can survive contact with modern organisational life.

In 2025, this work crystallised into the SIGNAL Framework — a regulatory architecture grounded in cybernetics, systems thinking, and biological principles of stabilisation. SIGNAL formalises how collective nervous systems maintain coherence under acceleration, bridging deep regulatory theory with practical organisational change.
